Delivery Policy

1. How you receive your invite

• Your video invite is made in your web browser on videoinvites.in.
• After a successful payment the invite is unlocked straight away, usually within a few seconds. Press Download video to save it to your phone or computer.
• The video is recorded in real time, so the download takes about as long as the video plays (usually under a minute). Keep the page open until it finishes.

2. Physical delivery

We do not sell physical products and do not ship anything. There are no shipping charges.

3. Downloading again

A paid invite stays in My invites. Sign in and download it again whenever you need to, on any device. Photos and songs you added stay on the device where you added them, so add them again on a new device.

4. If the invite is not unlocked

If your payment went through but the invite still shows the watermark after a few minutes, refresh the page. If it is still locked, write to support@videoinvites.in with your payment details and we will unlock it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
