1. Who we are

videoinvites.in (“Video Invites”, “we”, “us”) is run by Deepak Mehra. You can reach us at support@videoinvites.in.

2. The service

• You choose a design, type your details (names, dates, venue and similar), and can add your own photo and music. The video is created in your web browser.
• Previews and downloads before payment carry a “PREVIEW” watermark. After you pay for an invite, that invite downloads without the watermark and you can keep editing it.
• Some designs are free. The price of a paid design is shown on its page before you pay.

3. Your account

You need an account to save drafts and to pay. You sign in with Google or with your mobile number (one-time password). Keep access to that Google account or phone number secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Give correct information and do not sign in as someone else.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any tax that applies is included in the price shown, unless the checkout says otherwise.
• One payment unlocks one invite. It is not a subscription and nothing is charged again automatically.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• An invite is unlocked only after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your content

• You keep ownership of the text, photos and music you add. You confirm that you have the right to use them, including any song you upload, and that they are not unlawful, hateful, obscene or misleading.
• Photos and songs you add stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. The text of a saved draft is stored on our servers so you can open it again.
• We may remove saved content that breaks these terms or the law.

7. Licence to use the designs

The designs, artwork, animation, music supplied with a design and the website itself belong to Video Invites or its licensors. When you make an invite you may download it and share it for your own personal, non-commercial event (for example sending it to guests on WhatsApp or social media). You may not resell the designs or the videos made from them, offer them as templates, remove the watermark from a preview by any means other than paying, or copy the site or its designs.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's accounts or data, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything illegal.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove designs and features. Changes do not affect invites you have already paid for, which stay unlocked.

10. Check before you share

Please check names, dates, times and addresses in your invite before sending it. We are not responsible for mistakes in details you entered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim about an invite is limited to the amount you paid for that invite. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
