Video Invites sells only digital products. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery method: your invitation video is delivered digitally. It is unlocked on the Website immediately after successful payment; press “Download” to save it. It also stays in your account under My invites.
Delivery time: usually instant, and in any case within 24 hours of successful payment. The video is created in your browser, so the download takes about as long as the video plays.
Delivery charges: none.
Re-download: sign in and download your purchased invitation again from My invites whenever you need it, for as long as your account is active. Photos and songs you added stay on the device where you added them, so add them again on a new device.
Not received? If you have paid but cannot access your invitation within 24 hours, contact us at support@videoinvites.in with your order ID and we will resolve it promptly.
